The Thrift Diaries is aimed at students and recent graduates who want to make the most of their money. The Thrift Diaries can also be useful for those who simply want to be more in control of their personal finance situation and more importantly their lives. By aiming to be more productive and focusing on self-development, Maureen is hoping to reach her own goals and help others reach theirs too.

The Thrift Diaries was created by recent UCL German graduate (2010) Maureen McGuinness. Maureen is making the transition from student life to working life. She lives outside of London and commutes to work in Central London. She is blogging her attitudes towards money, personal development and productivity through this transition.
